If a product is materially different from its description, your sole remedy is a return in accordance with our Returns Policy.

All prices are displayed in AUD, unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice. Taxes, customs duties, import VAT, and other charges imposed by your local authorities are your responsibility, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. All payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your payment details.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email does not represent acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Errors in pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

5. International Shipping and Delivery

a. Shipping

We ship internationally where available. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

b. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

c. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title pass to you once the order is handed over to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Rights

We comply with applicable international consumer protection laws.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order (or longer where required by mandatory local law, such as UK/EU consumer regulations).

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.

  • Certain items (e.g. hygiene products, customised items, sale items) may be non-returnable where permitted by law.
