At Project Mix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
    • Custom-made products or personalized items
    • Intimate or sanitary goods
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Health and personal care items
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at project.mix@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when:
    • The item is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
    • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at project.mix@gmail.com. However, if you do not contact us regarding the missing refund within 30 days after the refund had been requested, we will not be held liable for not refunding your money.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at project.mix@gmail.com and follow the return process outlined above.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping Time: Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
